In this episode we visit the beautiful woods of the Surrey Hills for autumn colours and the timeless tranquillity of the trees. Golden leaves fall all around as we relax to the morning birdsong and the healing vibrations of the bowls; feeling stillness and connecting with our bodies. This is the first in the series and consists of two shorter sound baths to give you a taste of the healing power of the bowls.
