A Spring Sound Bath
In this episode we return to the Surrey Hills, to a small clearing at the forest’s edge. The very first bluebells of the season are starting to flower where the dappled light grazes the forest floor, as we focus on the calming frequencies of the bowls and deepen our connection with nature.
